The agreement between you and Interworld Board Games when you order from this site.
1. Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Interworld Board Games (Pty) Ltd ("Zimo's", "we", "us"), a company registered in South Africa. ZIMO'S™ is a trademark licensed to Interworld Board Games (Pty) Ltd. Our full details, as required by section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, are set out under How to contact us.
2. Your agreement with us
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy policy, Returns and refunds policy and Shipping and delivery policy, which all form part of this agreement.
3. The products
We sell printed board games for foundation-phase learners. Product photographs on this site show the printed artwork and components; printed colours may vary slightly from screen and between print runs, as noted on the packaging.
Each box lists the grades and ages it is intended for. Games contain dice, cards and playing tokens. As stated on our packaging: children should not put dice and components in their mouths, and young children should play under adult supervision.
4. Orders and acceptance
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. A contract of sale comes into existence only once we confirm your order in writing and your payment has cleared. We may decline an order if stock is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, or if we cannot verify your delivery details.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made online by card through our payment provider, Yoco, on its secure hosted payment page. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery within South Africa is free, PostNet to PostNet. International delivery is charged according to the courier company's shipping rates, as set out in our Shipping and delivery policy. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.
6. Errors on the site
We take care to keep this site accurate, but if a product, price or availability is shown incorrectly we are not obliged to sell at the incorrect price. Where an order is affected we will contact you, and you may confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the ZIMO'S name and logo, board and packaging artwork, question content and photographs — belongs to Interworld Board Games (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it, or make derivative games or teaching products from it, without our written permission. Teachers and parents may of course use the games as intended in class and at home.
8. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, including your right to safe, good quality goods. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly by email. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Commission.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
